There are not enough incredible things I can say about Linda Margaret’s Retirement Community. My mother-in-law was diagnosed with dementia and was no longer able to live safely or comfortably on her own. It had become so difficult to be available around the clock to meet her needs. LMRC was a true God send. She was finally comfortable and could relax and so could we knowing she was “home”. She was welcomed with open arms and open hearts. She was able to be cared for with such dignity and respect. She was encouraged to make friends, help out with small tasks within her capabilities, and the staff became her family. She especially liked having her hair and nails done. The times she was hospitalized Megan called to check in, getting updates from us and providers, and helped explain medical situations while educating us on the options we had to help mom through those tough times without judgement, only support. The two years mom has spent safe, comfortable, and loved we were able to enjoy being with her as her family and not having to just be “caregivers”, which is exactly what she wanted. We thank LMRC, Megan, and all those who have touched our lives and made our Mom so comfortable.
